At Highfi Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, including original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as discounted products, gift cards, or personal accessories may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us first.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
